THE THIRD DAY DEDICATED TO DISCUSSIONS ON PROJECT CYCLE MANAGEMENT AND GRIEVANCES AND COMPLAINTS MANAGEMENT MANUALS
The document validation session within the framework of the accreditation of the Environmental Intervention Fund (FIE) to the Adaptation Fund continues with experts from the Ecological Monitoring Center (CSE) of Senegal.
On the third day of work, February 5, 2025, participants looked at two governance documents. These are the documents relating to the project cycle management manual and the FIE grievance and complaints management manual.
On the second day, February 4, 2025, participants reviewed the procurement manual (incorporating the principles of freedom of access to public procurement, equal treatment of candidates and transparency of procedures).
The first day, in particular February 3, 2025, allowed participants to decide on the anti-fraud and anti-money laundering policy documents and the fight against terrorism (by integrating the operational system and a reporting mechanism in the event of fraud).
