In the dynamic of responding to the patriotic call of the Burkinabe Government called "The Patriotic Hour to green Faso" on the occasion of the National Tree Day (JNA) 2025, the Environmental Intervention Fund (FIE) planted, this Saturday, June 21, 2025, three thousand five hundred (3,500) seedlings, in the rural commune of Tanghin-Dassouri, at the level of the Ouagadougou Bypass (VCO).

This Saturday, June 21, 2025, between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m., the Director General of the FIE, Delwendé Davy NANEMA, accompanied by his Directors, Heads of Department and Agents and the population of Tanghin-Dassouri, actively took part in the national initiative "Patriotic Hour to green Faso".

Indeed, the FIE organized an alignment operation on a portion of the bypass, from the Tanghin-Dassouri roundabout, after the toll, towards Komsilga. This significant action aims to strengthen the vegetation cover and improve the living environment around the main roads.

The mobilization was marked by the presence of the President of the Tanghin-Dassouri special delegation, Rabiata Sawadogo, accompanied by a large delegation who came to support this symbolic action. She praised the work of the FIE while urging the population to take care of the 3,500 seedlings planted.
