A restitution meeting of the organizational, economic and financial study of the Environmental Intervention Fund (FIE) was held on the afternoon of Friday, January 31, 2025. The Accord Consult firm in charge of the study presented the main points of the document to the Director General of the FIE, Delwendé Davy NANEMA and his colleagues.
The study team identified the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities and made proposals and recommendations for improving the operation of the Environmental Intervention Fund.
The cabinet concluded the presentation by making a proposal for a timetable for implementing the recommendations and proposals made for better organisation and optimum functioning of the FIE.
At the end of the presentation of the document, the participants asked questions of comprehension in order to allow the firm to perfect it. A validation meeting of the organizational, economic and financial study of the FIE will be organized in the coming days.
