A SESSION FOR THE ADOPTION OF REVISED GOVERNANCE AND PLANNING DOCUMENTS

The Environmental Intervention Fund (FIE) is holding the second extraordinary session of its Board of Directors (BoD) this Friday, September 26, 2025, in Bobo-Dioulasso. Chaired by its President, Mrs. Wend -La-Mita Brigite Marie Suzanne COMPAORE/YONI, the session had several items on its agenda.

Thus, during the session, the administrators will proceed to the examination and adoption of the revised Annual Work Programme and Budget (AWPB) for the 2025 financial year, to the examination and adoption of the revised Budget for the 2025 financial year and to the examination and adoption of the revised Procurement Plan (PPM) for the 2025 financial year.

A presentation on the status of the implementation of the fourth FIE call for projects on the fight against plastic packaging and bags was made to the administrations in order to enable them to better monitor the progress of activities.

The adoption of these governance and planning documents will enable the FIE to better conduct its activities in order to achieve its objectives for the remainder of 2025.
